How to Start a Profitable Airbnb Business

· airbnb,short term rentals,rental investments,women-owned business,black owned business

When I first heard about "rental arbitrages" from Breanne Thompson, my mind was kinda blown. I had always thought of rentals as a business where you had to have some money to invest in BUYING properties. So, I invited Breanne to come into my membership, the Financial Freedom for Creatives Club, to do a training on this, and I was again, blown away, by her knowledge, her generosity to share this knowledge, AND how much money she's making. (Hey, I'm a money coach, so yes, I LOVE it when we're talking how much money people make, especially when it's a woman of color!)

If you're not in FFCC, I wanted you to learn about this awesome way to invest from Breanne, so I invited her to an interview and to talk about her upcoming FREE masterclass, The 3-Step Framework to Building a Profitable Airbnb Business Without Owning Property.

Here's the interview...

By the way, Breanne Thompson is an Airbnb Superhost and Short Term Rental Business Coach with 10 Airbnb units.

She teaches women and people from marginalized communities how to create an additional stream of income by running their own Airbnb/short-term rental business without owning property. She's devoted to helping more people in marginalized communities thrive in this industry by providing relatable and devoted coaching to her students.

She's operating all of her units through corporate leases via the rental arbitrage model, meaning that she leases all of her units from apartment complexes instead of owning them. Back in January of 2022, she secured her first Airbnb unit with a ~$5,000 investment. She's on her way to making $500K in 2023 and $1Million by 2024!

She will be hosting a masterclass on: The 3-Step Framework to Building a Profitable Airbnb Business Without Owning Property on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 at 6pm ET / 5pm CT / 3pm PT. She will be teaching you how to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and profitability assessments so that you can confidently make an informed decision on where to start your Airbnb business.
